FAQs

A lot of people ask questions and here are some answers - if you have an original question that doesn't appear here, please get in touch!

How can I get in touch?

You can use the contact form here on the website, or you can get in touch using:

I saw a piece that I liked, but it’s sold out…

As a one-woman show, my production capacity is limited, and so I don’t have a huge amount of stock in the shop. But don’t worry! If you like a piece that is sold out, you can just get in touch and I can make one just for you.

If you're interested in the forest creatures, I have a waiting list that you can sign up to here.

I’ll let you know how long it will take to make - this depends on the time I have available. The making process is quite slow, due to all the different steps (making, drying, first firing, glazing, second firing…) and I’m afraid it can’t be rushed. But I promise, it’s worth it!

Can I order a personalised piece?

Yes, of course. If you’ve seen something you like but want to personalise it (different colour or size, or with a name on..) it should be possible for me to create what you have in mind. Just get in touch and I’ll send the info about timeframe and costs.

Are the functional pieces food safe?

Yes, all pieces are food safe unless specifically stated otherwise.

Can I put pieces in the microwave or the dishwasher?

Yes, they’re microwave and dishwasher safe, but I recommend hand washing to extend their life.

Where do you deliver to?

I currently send pieces to the EU, UK and Canada.

If you’re in another part of the world, feel free to get in touch and I can let you know how much it would be to ship to where you are, so you can decide if you’d like me to send it.

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order as long as it hasn’t been shipped. Once orders have left the workshop, they cannot be cancelled.

Do you give classes?

Yes, I teach mostly at Corrie Bain International Ceramics School in Barcelona. You can find out about continuous and intensive courses on Corrie’s website, here.

I also give classes at ElTornBarcelona on Wednesday and Thursdayu mornings. Information for ElTorn can be found here.
